Spanky Takes Over...

Hi... it's Spanky!

I am doing the writing today for the TerrificYorkies website... I asked Dad (you know him as Terry) if I could and he said that if I thought I could do a better job... go for it... so here I am!

This writing thing could be almost as exciting as chasing squirrels. Mom (Sandy) likes to feed the birds and I like to watch them... they are interesting little creatures. But, these little furry-tailed guys come around and chase the birds off... I don't mind a whole lot until they decide to climb up and hang on the bird feeder to get the seeds... that drives me nuts! Then, she lets me out on the deck to run them off... Those squirrels are fast, but sometimes they get a little over confident and I come real close to catching them by the tail... came up about an inch or two short a couple of times. Of course, when I come back in the house, I have to have a treat for doing my watchdog bit... then, I usually go curl up on my pillow.

Speaking of pillows, we have some available with my face on them. These have been among the most popular products we've sold. And, I'm kind of proud to say there are homes all over the country that have a pillow with my face on it... maybe you'll want one too.

I hope you all look around our site, take a peek at the different products and enjoy. Oh, yeah... Dad said he hopes you order once in a while, too. Said something about keeping me in food and treats - which is important.

Access New Source of Yorkie Gifts

I hope you and your favorite Yorkie(s) are doing just fine. I wanted to let you know about some items new to TerrificYorkies.

Besides our own Terrific Yorkie products, you can now click on one of two spots in the site to get to additional gift and collectible items from a large, well-known company. There, you will find such things as a fleece jacket (my wife has one and it is really nice), a purse with a Yorkie face, necklaces, ornaments and more... all featuring Yorkies. On the TerrificYorkies Home page, there is a link that says Pet Lovers Gifts - Yorkies & More... click it to see all the available Yorkie items. And on the Gifts page of our site, click on the image of the purse (above the yard sign) and see the details about it.

If you have friends who are more interested in some other breed of dog (can you imagine????), they can even choose their favorite and find many items with other breeds on them. So, please let them know they are available!

And, if you haven't downloaded your free Yorkie digital puzzle, here's the link. It will give you and .exe file. Just click on it to run... it is fun, free and can be shared with friends and family. Being and .exe file, this program will run on PCs but not Macs - sorry!
